Hello and welcome! I am a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor. I received my 200-hour training from Vetoga, a trauma informed training program. I completed my 300 hour Ashtange/Iyengar focused training at 532 Yoga. I have certifications both IAM Yoga Nidra and SUP yoga.

As a veteran and an athlete I understand the very specific needs of both. I truly believe that yoga is for every body regardless of their ability (or inability) to touch their toes.
